Are returns always accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. As we will soon be closing our workshop permanently, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team before sending a return, so that we can guide you through the process.

Will you be restocking after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years of dedication to stained glass, Pierre is closing his workshop for good in 2026. Once our stock is sold out, each piece will become a one-of-a-kind creation that cannot be found anywhere else.

Can I still track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can track the progress of your parcel (please also check your spam folder). You can also check the tracking status at any time by entering your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page.
